Thanks to the invaluable input and training by James Knight members of the teaching and student body at Princess Helena College have been introduced to the undisputed benefits of his Personal Profiling System.

All involved have been provided with strategies to overcome their own weaknesses and to understand, and deal with the differences in people. For all age groups this has encouraged greater effectiveness in personal relationships and increased cooperation.

In working with James, the sixth form students have developed a fuller understanding of their natural behavioural style, how they operate under stress, what motivates them and triggers to help increase effectiveness.
